补中通焦法治疗餐后不适综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨补中通焦法治疗中虚焦滞型餐后不适综合征(PDS)的临床效果。方法 将60例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药,治疗组给予补中通焦法组方的中药汤剂,对比两组临床疗效、中医证候总积分、功能性消化不良生存质量量表(FDDQL)评分及复发率。结果 治疗组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05);复发率为3.70%(1/27),明显低于对照组的26.09%(6/23)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候总积分显著低于对照组,FDDQL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 补中通焦法治疗PDS的临床效果确切,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Tongjiao method in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syn-drome(PDS)of deficiency of spleen-stomach and jiao stagnation syndrome based on jiaomo theory.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine decoction composed of Buzhong Tongjiao method.The clinical efficacy,total TCM symptom score,FDDQL score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that of control group(76.67%,23/30)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate the treatment group was 3.70%(1/27),which was significantly lower than 26.09%(6/23)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the FDDQL score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Buzhong Tongjiao method is effective in the treatment of PDS,which is wor-thy of clinical application.
