针刺推拿联合养元活血汤治疗产后腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺推拿联合养元活血汤治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法 选取南昌县人民医院2020年5月—2022年6月收治的产后腰痛患者70例作为研究对象,根据治疗时间进行分组,各35例。2020年5月—2021年5月治疗的患者为参照组,实施单独针刺推拿治疗;2021年6月—2022年6月治疗的患者为研究组,实施针刺推拿联合养元活血汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、腰椎疼痛程度(VAS评分)、腰椎功能(JOA评分)。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于参照组的80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组VAS评分低于参照组,JOA评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 对产后腰痛患者积极实施针刺推拿联合养元活血汤治疗,临床效果确切,能有效减轻其腰椎疼痛程度、改善腰椎功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Yangyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.Methods A total of 70 patients with postpartum low back pain admitted to Nanchang County People’s Hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided into groups according to their treatment time.Patients treated from May 2020 to May 2021 were the control group,which was treated by acupuncture combined with manipulation alone.The patients treated from June 2021 to June 2022 were the study group,which was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with Yangyuan Huoxue decoction.There were 35 cases in each group.The clinical treatment efficiency,lum-bar pain score and lumbar function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,28/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active acu-puncture and massage combined with Yangyuan Huoxue decoction can effectively reduce the degree of lumbar pain and improve the function of lumbar spine in postpartum lumbago.
