摘　　要：目的 探讨郑日新经验方治疗痰瘀互结型耳眩晕的临床效果。方法 从2020年6月—2022年6月江西省中西医结合医院收治的痰瘀互结型耳眩晕患者中抽取70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组予郑日新经验方治疗,对比两组临床疗效和治疗前后的眩晕障碍程度。结果 观察组临床总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组眩晕障碍量表(DHI)的躯体评分、情绪评分、功能评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 痰瘀互结型耳眩晕患者采用郑日新经验方治疗,可以显著提高整体临床效果,减轻其眩晕障碍程度,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of empirical recipes of Zheng Rixin in the treatment of aural vertigo of inter-mingled phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 70 patients with aural vertigo of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.The cases were grouped by random number table method.After grouping,with 35 cases were in the control group and 35 cases in the observation group.The control group and observation group were treated with betahistine mesylate tablet and em-pirical recipes of Zheng Rixin,respectively.The total clinical effective rate and the degree of vertigo disorder before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical score,emotional score,functional score and total score of DHI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The empirical recipes of Zheng Rixin in the treatment of aural vertigo of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type can significantly improve the overall therapeutic effect and reduce the degree of vertigo disorder,which can be further promoted in clinic.
