定坤丹联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析定坤丹联合二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征患者的效果。方法选取江西省万载县中医院2020年4月—2023年4月期间收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者104例,根据随机原则平均分为参照组与研讨组,各52例。参照组予二甲双胍+炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研讨组在此基础上辅以定坤丹治疗,分析比较两组性激素指标、糖脂代谢指标及疗效。结果治疗后,研讨组雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)等性激素指标值均低于参照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)高于参照组;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于参照组,而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FBS)、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等糖脂代谢指标值均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研讨组治疗总有效率为92.31%(48/52),高于参照组的75.00%(39/52)(P<0.05)。结论定坤丹联合二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征可获得极好的效果,能够改善患者机体性激素及糖脂代谢指标,具有较高应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of Dingkun mini-pill combined with metformin and ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Wanzhi Hos⁃pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin and ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the study group was given Dingkun mini-pill combined with metformin.The sex hormone indexes,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and ef⁃ficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and other sex hormone indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)was higher than that in the control group.High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group,while low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBS),fasting insulin,insulin re⁃sistance index(HOMA-IR)and other glycemic and lipid metabolism indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31%(48/52),which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,39/52)(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingkun mini-pill combined with metformin and ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets can be used in patients with polycys⁃tic ovary syndrome,and can improve the sex hormone and glucose and lipid metabolism of patients.
