摘  要:目的探讨积雪草苷脂质体凝胶剂对B16F10小鼠黑色素细胞活性的影响。方法体外培养B16F10细胞,以不同浓度积雪草苷、积雪草苷普通凝胶剂、积雪草苷脂质体凝胶剂进行孵育,以四甲基偶氮唑盐法(MTT法)测定各组细胞的活力。结果积雪草苷、积雪草苷普通凝胶剂和积雪草苷脂质体凝胶剂均显示出体外降低B16F10小鼠黑色素细胞活力的作用;积雪草脂质体凝胶剂降低B16F10小鼠黑色素细胞活力的作用明显高于同等药物浓度的积雪草苷普通凝胶剂和相当药物浓度的积雪草苷。结论脂质体凝胶剂剂型有利于药物发挥疗效,积雪草苷脂质体凝胶剂能降低B16F10小鼠黑色素细胞活性,有望应用于治疗皮肤黑色素瘤。Objective To investigate the effect of asiaticoside liposome gel on the activity of melanocytes in mice(B16F10).Methods B16F10 cells were cultured in vitro and incubated with different concentrations of asiaticoside,common gel of asiaticoside,asiatico-side liposome gel.The cell viability of each group was determined by the tetramethylazozolium salt method(MTT method).Results Asiaticoside,common gel of asiaticoside and asiaticoside liposome gel showed the effect of reducing the activity of melanocytes in mice(B16F10)in vitro.The effect of asiaticoside liposome gel on reducing the activity of melanocytes in mice was significantly higher than that of common gel of asiaticoside with the same drug concentration and asiaticoside with the equivalent drug concentration.Con-clusion The dosage form of liposome gel is conducive to the efficacy of drugs,and asiaticoside liposome gel can reduce the activity of melanocytes in mice(B16F10),which is expected to be used in the treatment of skin melanoma.
