中医辨证施护对产后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察中医辨证施护对产后康复的影响。方法 选择江西省兴国县妇幼保健院产科2022年1月—2023年1月收入的产妇72例为研究对象,按护理方式的不同分为中医综合护理组(以中医基础理论为指导,给予中医辨证施护)和常规护理组(给予常规产后护理),各36例。比较两组血液流变学指标[全血低切黏度(LBV)、全血高切黏度(HBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)]、子宫复旧情况、恶露情况(产后第2、5天恶露量和恶露持续时间)。结果中医综合护理组产妇血液流变学各指标、子宫复旧情况以及恶露情况均优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证施护对产后康复的干预效果较好,能加快产妇康复进程,值得各医院产科推广。Objective To observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing on postpartum body rehabilitation.Methods A total of 72 parturients in Xingguo County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into TCM comprehensive nursing group and routine nurs-ing group,with 36 cases in each group.The TCM comprehensive nursing group was guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and the routine nursing group was guided by the routine postpartum nursing.Hemorheological parameters(whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate),uterine recov-ery,lochia(lochia volume and duration on day 2 and day 5)were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of hemorheol-ogy,uterine involution and lochia in the TCM comprehensive nursing group were better than those in the conventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing has a good effect on postpartum rehabilitation,and can accelerate the process of maternal rehabilitation.It is worth popularizing in obstetrics departments of all hospitals.
