摘　　要：文章对丹参多酚酸治疗心脑血管疾病的临床研究进行综述。丹参多酚酸对心脑血管疾病的治疗及预后具有独特优势,可以发挥抗炎、抗氧化应激、清除自由基、干预炎症反应、促进神经再生等作用,临床常用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛、急性冠状动脉综合征、心力衰竭、房颤及脑梗死急性期、恢复期的康复治疗。虽然目前对丹参多酚酸治疗心脑血管疾病的研究数量较多,但临床研究的样本量普遍偏少,无法解释相应作用机制。因此需要对其有效性及安全性进行更加广泛及深入的临床精准定位研究。This article reviewed the clinical studies of salvianolic acid in the treatment of cardiac cerebrovascular disease.It is con-cluded that salvianolic acid has unique advantages in the treatment and prognosis of cardiac cerebrovascular disease.It has the effects of anti-inflammation,anti-oxidative stress,scavenging free radicals,intervening inflammatory reaction and promoting nerve regenera-tion,it is often used in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,ACS,heart failure,atrial fibrillation,cerebral infarction in acute stage,recovery stage and corresponding rehabilitation treatment.Although the number of studies is large,but the sample size of clini-cal studies is generally small,and can not explain the corresponding mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more extensive and in-depth clinical research on its efficacy and safety.
