摘　　要：阴阳学说出自中医经典《黄帝内经》,是中医学的基础与核心。近年来,国内外研究者从人体生理、病理变化角度重新诠释阴阳对疾病的影响,拓展了中医理论的现代应用。阴阳对女性生殖同样具有重要影响,此文基于阴阳学说,阐释阴阳在卵泡生长、发育、成熟、排出过程中的变化,以及对子宫内膜容受性的建立、辅助生殖促排卵及免疫性不孕的重要影响,并且从多组学角度阐释阴阳的分子内涵,从阴阳角度探讨女性生殖障碍的病因病机,为临床充分运用阴阳辨证指导女性生殖疾病的诊疗提供基础。The traditional Chinese medicine classic Huangdi Neijing put forward the yin-yang theory,which is the basis and core of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,domestic and foreign researchers have reinterpreted the influence of yin-yang on dis-eases from the perspective of physiological and pathological changes of human body,and expanded the modern application of tradi-tional Chinese medicine theory.Yin-yang also have important effects on female reproduction.Based on the yin-yang theory,this pa-per explained the changes of yin-yang in the growth,development,maturation and expulsion of follicles,as well as their important ef-fects on the establishment of endometrial receptivity,assisted reproduction and ovulation,and immune infertility.In addition,this pa-per explained the molecular connotation of yin-yang from the perspective of genomics and metabolomics,and discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of reproductive diseases.It provides the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of reproductive diseases guided by yin-yang syndrome differentiation.
