摘 要:目的探讨高质量发展背景下公立医院物价管理的挑战及改革策略。方法本研究以广东某三甲医院为案例,从公立医院的视角出发,通过分析当前的物价管理现状和挑战,提出有效的策略。结果随着医疗服务价格改革和医保政策的演进,以及提升患者就医体验和医院运营管理效率的需求增加,传统物价管理模式存在无法适应外部物价政策的变化、组织架构和人员专业知识不健全、监管体系和信息化平台缺失、医疗服务项目开发滞后等局限性。提出医院通过对价格管理委员会、价格管理部门及相关业务科室的评估,采取问题导向的方法,补齐制度短板,并积极响应新挑战。结论通过实施物价管理的制度化、规范化、智能化和动态化改革措施,可以提升医院物价管理水平和能力,适应高质量发展的要求。Objective To explore the challenges and reform strategies of price management in public hospitals under the background of high-quality development.Methods This study uses a tertiary hospital in Guangdong as a case study,analyzed the current situation and challenges of price management from an overall perspective,and proposed effective strategies.Results With the ongoing reforms in medical service prices and health insurance policies,and the increasing need to improve patient experience and hospital operational efficiency,we have identified significant limitations in traditional price management models.These limitations include the inability to adapt to continuous changes in external pricing policies,inadequate organizational structure and professional knowledge,lack of regulatory systems and information platforms,and lagging development of medical service projects.To address these issues,the hospital conducted comprehensive evaluations of the Price Management Committee,Price Management Department,and relevant business departments,adopting a problem-oriented approach to fill institutional gaps and actively respond to new challenges.Conclusion Through the implementation of institutionalized,standardized,intelligent and dynamic reform measures for price management,the level and ability of hospital price management can be improved and meet the requirements of high-quality development.
