摘　　要：主要介绍团体标准T/CPCA 4404B《印制板用硬质合金钻头》标准的制定背景、制定过程、主要内容及该技术规范的意义,并重点说明了相比上一版(T/CPCA 4404A—2016)的主要变化。该标准能更好地适应印制电路板(PCB)行业技术的发展,为检验、评价和控制硬质合金钻头产品质量提供依据,为行业提供相应参考与支持。This paper mainly introduces the background,development process,main contents and significance of standard T/CPCA 4404B Tungsten Carbide Drills for Printed Boards,and highlights the main changes compared with the previous version(T/CPCA 4404A—2016).The standard can better adapt to the development of technology in the printed board industry,provide a basis for inspection,evaluation and control of the quality of tungsten carbide drill products,and provide corresponding reference and support for the industry.
