摘  要:极地水域因其独特的地理位置和环境条件,给船舶航行安全提出了严峻挑战。在极地水域,碎冰可能导致船舶螺旋桨损伤,低温环境可能导致船舶主机启动故障,船舶在破冰过程的运动响应与振动也会对相关装置造成影响,因此极地特殊的环境与航行条件,对船舶推进装置提出了更高要求。然而,我国尚未形成适应极地环境的船舶推进装置标准规范体系。通过对国内外极地船舶相关标准规范进行梳理总结,筛选涉及推进装置的相关内容,分析其是否满足在极地区域的任务需求,提出船舶推进装置极地环境适应性标准制修订需求。研究结果表明:我国存在极地船舶推进装置相关标准整体数量较少、更新不及时等问题,建议开展极地船舶推进装置标准体系框架工作,为我国极地船舶推进装置的设计与制造提供指导。The unique geographical location and environmental conditions of polar waters pose significant challenges to the safety of maritime navigation.In polar regions,floating or broken ice can damage ship propellers,and low temperatures can cause main engine start-up failures,thereby imposing higher demands on ship propulsion systems.However,China has yet to establish a standardized system for ship propulsion devices adapted to polar environments.By sorting out and summarizing the relevant standards and specifications for polar ships at home and abroad,screening the relevant content related to propulsion devices,analyzing whether they meet the mission requirements in polar regions,and proposing the revision requirements for the polar environment adaptability standards of ship propulsion devices.The research results indicate that there are problems in China such as a relatively small number of standards related to polar ship propulsion devices and delayed updates.It is recommended to carry out a framework work for the standard system of polar ship propulsion devices to provide guidance for the design and manufacturing of polar ship propulsion devices in China.
