摘 要:为了改进传统船舶研制模式下,设计方和建造方间由于图纸翻模导致的技术状态难以控制、变更和返工问题,提出基于模型的船舶协同研制模式。该模式通过构建一个基于模型的研制环境,对设计方和建造方之间的数字化研制标准体系、模型库和工具集进行统一,运用数字化手段将项目管理、质量审查和工程变更流程固化到基于模型的协同平台,并形成基于单一数据源的在线协同设计能力。结果表明:基于模型的船舶协同研制模式从标准化、精细化、流程化等3个方面系统性地提升了船舶研制质量,支撑船舶研制由传统研制模式向基于模型的数字化研制模式转型。In order to improve the traditional ship development model,a model-based ship collaborative development model is proposed to address the technical difficulties,changes,and rework issues caused by blueprint flipping between the design and construction parties.This model unifies the digital development standard system,model library,and toolkit between the design and construction parties by building a model-based development environment.It uses digital means to solidify project management,quality review,and engineering change processes into a model-based collaborative platform,and forms online collaborative design capabilities based on a single data source.The results show that the model-based collaborative ship development model systematically improves the quality of ship development from three aspects:standardization,refinement,and process,supporting the transformation of ship development from traditional development models to model-based digital development models.
