社交媒体情境下中老年用户健康信息搜寻行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解中老年社交媒体用户的社交媒体使用特征、健康信息搜寻行为现状及影响因素。方法于2023年6月-7月在合肥市公共场所招募有社交媒体使用经验的中老年人展开问卷调查。共收回有效问卷374份,采用Logistic回归进行健康信息搜寻行为的多因素分析。结果中老年用户经常使用即时通讯类(88.24%)和短视频类应用(60.70%),每日使用社交媒体的时长多为1~3 h(43.05%),方便联系(86.63%)、获取信息(81.28%)、娱乐休闲(60.70%)是其使用社交媒体的主要原因。68.45%的用户发生过社交媒体健康信息搜寻行为,多因素分析显示受教育程度、每日社交媒体使用时长和电子健康素养水平是影响其是否发生社交媒体健康信息搜寻行为的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论中老年用户的社交媒体健康信息搜寻行为比例有待进一步提升,应采取相应措施提高其对社交媒体的熟悉度和电子健康素养水平,进一步发挥社交媒体在中老年用户健康教育和健康促进中的积极作用。Objective To understand the characteristics of social media use,health information seeking behavior and its influencing factors among middle-aged and elderly social media users.Methods From June to July 2023,middle-aged and elderly people with experience in using social media were recruited to conduct a questionnaire survey in public places in Hefei City.A total of 374 valid questionnaires were collected.The logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of health information seeking behavior.Results Middle-aged and elderly users often used instant messaging(88.24%)and short video applications(60.70%).The daily use of social media was mostly 1-3 hours(43.05%).Convenience to contact(86.63%),access to information(81.28%),entertainment and leisure(60.70%)were the main reasons for their use of social media.68.45%of users had social media health information search behavior.Multivariate analysis showed that education level,daily social media use duration and e-health literacy level were important factors affecting the occurrence of social media health information search behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of social media health information seeking behavior among middle-aged and elderly users needs to be further improved.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve their familiarity with social media and e-health literacy,so as to playing the positive role of social media in health education and health promotion for middle-aged and elderly users.
