益气舒筋汤联合推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究益气舒筋汤联合推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月-12月上栗县人民医院接诊的60例颈肩腰腿痛患者,行随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组应用推拿治疗,观察组开展益气舒筋汤联合推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效、颈椎/腰椎功能恢复效果[颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)、腰椎日本骨科协会评估分数(JOA)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、腰痛欧氏功能障碍指数(ODI)评分]、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]、肩关节及肢体功能运动恢复效果[肩关节功能评分标准(CMS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)]、复发情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CASCS、JOA评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SF-36、ADL评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CMS、FMAS评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气舒筋汤联合推拿治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果确切,可改善患者颈椎/腰椎功能,缓解其疼痛程度,提高生活质量,促进肩关节及肢体功能恢复,降低患者的复发概率。Objective To study the clinical value of Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with massage in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with massage,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with massage.The clinical efficacy,cervical/lumbar function recovery effect[Clinical Assessment Scale For Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA)],pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)score],quality of life[Short-Form 36 items(SF-36)],shoulder joint and limb function recovery effect[Constant-Murley score(CMS),Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMAS)]and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of CASCS and JOA in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)).After treatment,the SF-36 and ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CMS and FMAS scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi S
