焦作市支持和发展就业新形态的对策研究

摘　　要：文章旨在研究促进焦作市新就业形态发展的对策,提升吸纳新就业形态能力,适应数字经济发展。文章分析了焦作市新就业形态发展状况,发现其存在着政策扶持体系不完善、保障政策不健全等问题。文章对影响原因进行了理论分析,提出了焦作市应通过制定完善整体顶部设计、健全社会保障体系、构建终身培训体系、完善政府监管制度等措施,进而激发劳动力市场活力,促进焦作市新就业形态实现高质量发展。This paper aims to study the countermeasures to promote the development of new employment forms in Jiaozuo City,improve the ability to absorb new employment forms and adapt to the development of digital economy.It analyzes the development of the new employment form in Jiaozuo City and finds that there are some problems such as imperfect policy support system and security policy.It makes a theoretical analysis of the influencing reasons and advances that Jiaozuo should adopt measures such as formulating and bettering the overall top design,improving the social security system,building the lifelong training system and perfecting the government supervision system,so as to stimulate the vitality of the labor market and facilitate the high-quality development of the new employment form in Jiaozuo City.
