体验式教学法在大学生职业发展与就业指导课中的应用探索

摘　　要：大学生职业发展与就业指导课应用体验式教学法,有利于促进大学生知识的内化、激发学生的兴趣和促进学生个性的发展,通过创设真实场景,引导学生扮演相关角色;引入真实案例,引导学生分析讨论;强化互动交流,引导学生分享经验;紧密结合生活,引导学生参与实践体验,将体验式教学法应用于课程教学中。同时,要注意做好课前准备和教学组织,重视对学生体验过程探索的引导,设立科学合理有效的考核评价体系。The application of experiential teaching method in college students'career development and career guidance course is conducive to promoting the internalization of college students'knowledge,stimulating students'interest and promoting the development of students'personality,and guiding students to play relevant roles by creating real scenes,introducing real cases to guide students to analyze and discuss,strengthening interactive communication and guiding students to share experience,closely combining with life,directing students to participate in practical experience and apply experiential teaching method to curriculum teaching,while we should pay attention to the preparation before class and teaching organization,attach importance to the guidance of students'experience process exploration and establish a scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation system.
