摘　　要：目的:观察TightRope固定自体股薄肌腱重建内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)治疗复发性髌骨脱位的效果.方法:回顾性分析2017年2月—2022年2月包头市第三医院收治的18例复发性髌骨脱位患者的资料,所有患者均使用TightRope固定自体股薄肌腱重建MPFL治疗,测量胫骨结节-股骨滑车间距(TT-TG)、髌骨倾斜角,计算Caton指数.术后对患者进行12个月的随访,比较治疗前后膝关节功能Lysholm评分和Kujala评分及髌骨倾斜角的改变情况.结果:术后随访结果显示,18例患者均未再次发生髌骨脱位;术后Lysholm评分和Kujala评分均高于术前,髌骨倾斜角低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用TightRope固定自体股薄肌腱重建MPFL治疗复发性髌骨脱位效果较好,能够促进患者膝关节功能恢复.Objective To investigate the recovery of knee joint function in patients with recurrent patellar dislocation treated by reconstruction of medial patellofemoral ligament(MPFL)with TightRope fixed autologous gracilis tendon.Methods The data of 18 patients with recurrent patellar luxation admitted to the Third Hospital of Baotou City from February 2017 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with TightRope fixation and MPFL reconstruction.The tibia-trochlear distance(TT-TG)and patellar slope Angle were measured,and the Caton index was calculated.The patients were followed up for 12 months after surgery to compare the Lysholm score and Kujala score of knee function and the changes of patellar inclination Angle before and after treatment.Results The follow-up showed that no patella dislocation occurred again in 18 patients.Lysholm score and Kujala score after surgery were higher than before surgery,and patellar inclination Angle was lower than before surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions TightRope fixed autologous gracilis tendon reconstruction of Medial patellofemoral ligament is effective in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation,and can promote the functional recovery of knee joint.
