摘　　要：颈椎前路手术的应用效果相对显著,具有植骨融合率高、椎间高度维持好等优势,能较好恢复颈椎生理曲度.但此类手术具有局部解剖相对复杂、涉及的重要结构相对较多等特点,致使颈椎前路手术难度大且早期并发症较多,对患者术后恢复有着一定影响.了解颈椎前路手术早期常见并发症以及护理措施有着重要意义,对预防并发症发生,提高手术成功率具有重要作用.基于此,本文对颈椎前路手术早期常见并发症及护理进展进行综述,旨在加强临床颈椎前路手术早期常见并发症预防与护理.The application effect of anterior cervical surgery is relatively significant,with obvious advantages of high bone graft fusion rate and good intervertebral height maintenance,which can better restore the physiological curvature of the cervical spine.However,this kind of surgery has the characteristics of relatively complex local anatomy and relatively many important structures involved,resulting in the difficulty of anterior cervical surgery and more early complications,which has a certain impact on postoperative recovery of patients.It is important to understand the early common complications and nursing measures of anterior cervical surgery,which plays an important role in preventing complications and improving the success rate of surgery.Based on this,this article reviewed the common early complications and nursing progress of anterior cervical surgery,aiming to strengthen the prevention and nursing of common early complications of clinical anterior cervical surgery.
