摘　　要：避孕是育龄期女性避不开的一个话题,在避孕套、宫内节育器、避孕药物等众多避孕方法中,皮下埋植避孕剂是一种相对新型的避孕方式.皮下埋植避孕剂后,缓慢、恒量释放高效孕激素,通过负反馈作用于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴来抑制排卵,从而达到避孕的效果.本文对皮下埋植避孕剂的发展历史、作用机制、使用方法、应用现状、优势、不良反应及其他作用进行综述,以期为广大女性群体合理选择避孕方式提供参考.Contraception is a topic that women of childbearing age cannot avoid.Among many contraceptive methods such as condoms,intrauterine device and contraceptive drugs,subcutaneous implantation contraceptive is a relatively new contraceptive method.After subcutaneous implantation of contraceptives,the highly efficient progesterone is released slowly and constantly,and ovulation is suppressed by negative feedback on the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,so as to achieve the contraceptive effect.In this paper,the development history,mechanism of action,method of use,application status,advantages,adverse reactions and other effects of subcutaneous implantation contraceptive are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the majority of female groups to choose reasonable contraceptive methods.
