安眠足浴液联合认知行为疗法治疗原发性耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究安眠足浴液联合认知行为疗法治疗慢性原发性耳鸣的疗效。方法:选择2023年1月至2024年3月期间到广州中医药大学梅州医院进行治疗的慢性原发性耳鸣患者80例为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者均予以常规药物治疗,同时实施认知行为疗法,观察组患者以其为基础给予安眠足浴液睡前足浴,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者耳鸣评估量表(TEQ)各维度及总分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者耳鸣声响视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现过敏、头晕、恶心、呕吐、胸闷或心悸等显著药物副作用。结论:安眠足浴液治疗慢性原发性耳鸣,疗效显著,有效改善原发性耳鸣患者的主观感受。Objective To explore the efficacy of Anmian Foot Bath Solution combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of chronic primary tinnitus.Methods Eighty patients with chronic primary tinnitus who sought treatment at Meizhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional medication and cognitive behavioral therapy.Additionally,patients in the observation group were given Anmian Foot Bath Solution before bedtime.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)dimensions and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score for tinnitus loudness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse drug reactions such as allergies,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,chest tightness,or palpitations was observed in both groups.Conclusion Anmian Foot Bath Solution is significantly effective in the treatment of chronic primary tinnitus,effectively improving the subjective experience of patients with primary tinnitus.
