摘　　要：目的 分析寰枕筋膜内热针联合脉冲射频治疗方法在颈源性头痛患者临床干预中的可行性。方法 选择永安市中医医院于2021年1月至2023年6月收治的80例颈源性头痛患者,经随机数字表法分组,每组40例,对照组患者单纯采用脉冲射频治疗,观察组患者则在脉冲射频治疗的基础上实施寰枕筋膜内热针,两组患者的治疗周期均为30 d,记录两组患者临床总有效率、躯体疼痛等指标变化。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)低于对照组,偏头痛残疾程度评估问卷(MIDAS)评估结果高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量障碍评分(PSQI)低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在颈源性头痛患者临床治疗期间,采用寰枕筋膜内热针联合脉冲射频治疗方法能显著提升疾病的治疗总有效率,可改善偏头痛,提升睡眠质量。Objective To analyze the feasibility of atlanto-occipital fascia heat acupuncture combined with pulse radiofrequency therapy in the clinical intervention of patients with cervicogenic headache.Methods Choose yongan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in January 2021 to June 2023,80 cases of patients with cervical headache,grouped by random number table method,there were 40 cases in each group,the control group of patients using pulse radiofrequency treatment,observation group of patients on the basis of the pulse occipital fascia heat needle,two groups of patients treatment cycle are 30 day,record the two groups of indicators such as clinical total efficiency,body pain changes.Results The total response rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the visual analog score(VAS)was lower than that of the control group,and the migraine disability assessment questionnaire(MIDAS) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep quality disturbance score(PSQI),and the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions During the clinical treatment of patients with cervical headache,the atlas-occipital fascia heat needle combined with pulse radiofrequency treatment can significantly improve the overall treatment efficiency and achieve the goal of improving migraine and sleep quality.
