前列腺电切术后综合护理干预对膀胱冲洗时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析将综合护理干预应用于前列腺电切术后对膀胱冲洗时间的影响。方法 选取我院2022年9月至2023年12月开展前列腺电切术患者,入组对象共92例。全体患者依据随机数字表法被划分成两个组别,每组46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。从膀胱冲洗指标、并发症、舒适度、前列腺症状方面综合评价两组患者干预效果。结果 对比膀胱冲洗时间、膀胱冲洗量、术后留置导尿管时间、住院时间结果,观察组相比对照组用时、用量更少(P <0.05)。对比并发症结果,观察组相比对照组其总发生率更少(P <0.05)。对比Kolcaba术式状况量表(GCQ)评分结果,两组干预后心理、生理、环境、社会各维度评分与各组干预前对比均升高(P <0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。对比国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)结果,两组干预后量表总分与各组干预前对比均降低(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 将综合护理干预应用于前列腺电切术后有助于减少膀胱冲洗时间和膀胱冲洗量,缩短术后留置导尿管时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生风险,提高舒适度,加快术后症状改善。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bladder irrigation time after electro-prostatectomy.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing electro-prostatectomy in our hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled.All patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively from the indexes of bladder irrigation,complications,comfort level and prostatic symptoms.Results Compared the results of bladder irrigation time,bladder irrigation volume,postoperative indignant catheter time and hospital stay,the above indexes in the observation group were less than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the results of complications,the total incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the Kolcaba Operation Status Scale(GCQ)scores,the scores of psychological,physiological,environmental and social dimensions of the two groups were higher after intervention than before intervention(P<0.05),the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),the total score of the scale after intervention was decreased in both groups compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention after electro-prostatectomy is helpful to reduce the time and volume of bladder irrigation,shorten the postoperative indwelling catheter and hospitalization time,reduce the risk of complications,improve the comfort level,and accelerate the improvement of postoperative symptoms.
