摘　　要：目的 明晰个性化护理在冠状动脉介入术前心导管室等待患者中的作用。方法 选取我院2024年5月收治的冠状动脉介入检查及治疗的患者556例,按照奇偶分组法将其分为两组,其中应用个性化护理干预的为试验组,行常规护理干预的为对照组,各278例。对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,对比其冠状动脉介入术前心导管室等待时间、不良事件发生率之间的差异。结果 试验组患者在进入手术间至消毒前的手术准备时间短于对照组,且试验组在此期间意外事件的发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 个性化护理在冠状动脉介入术前心导管室等待患者中有较好应用价值,其不仅可缩短患者进入手术间至消毒前的手术准备时间,且能降低意外事件的发生率。Objective To clarify the role of personalized nursing in patients waiting in the cath room before coronary intervention.Methods A total of 556 patients with coronary artery interventional examination and treatment admitted to our hospital from May 2024were divided into two groups according to odd-even grouping method,of which the experimental group receiving personalized nursing intervention and the control group receiving routine nursing intervention were 278 cases each.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed,and the differences in the waiting time of the cath room before coronary intervention,the incidence of adverse events were compared.Results The preparation time between operation and disinfection in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the incidence of accidents in experimental group during this period was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing has good application value in patients waiting in the cath room before coronary intervention.It can not only shorten the operation preparation time from entering the operating room to before disinfection,but also reduce the incidence of accidents.
