优质护理对妊娠高血压综合征产妇睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理对妊娠高血压综合征产妇睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年1月期间在松溪县妇幼保健院妇产科中60例妊娠高血压综合征产妇,经随机数字表法分组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组护理前后血压指标、护理前后疾病认知、护理前后自我管理能力、护理前后睡眠质量。结果 护理前组内各项指标无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后观察组血压指标、疾病认知度、自我管理能力以及睡眠质量方面表现均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇护理中的应用,可以明显改善其血压水平,提高疾病认知和依从性,继而提高疾病干预效果,大幅度提高睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the sleep quality of pregnant women with gestational hypertension syndrome.Methods From January 2020 to January 2023,60 pregnant women with gestational hypertension syndrome were selected from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Songxi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Randomized number table method was used to divide 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The blood pressure indicators,disease cognition,self-management ability,and sleep quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in various indicators within the pre nursing group(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure index,disease awareness,selfmanagement ability and sleep quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of high-quality nursing in the care of pregnant women with gestational hypertension syndrome can significantly improve their blood pressure levels,enhance disease awareness and compliance,thereby improving the effectiveness of disease intervention and significantly improving sleep quality.
