围手术期疼痛护理联合协同激励护理在缓解四肢骨折手术患者术后疼痛及不良情绪中的作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨四肢骨折手术患者实施围手术期疼痛护理联合协同激励护理对其疼痛程度和不良情绪的临床影响。方法 本文的观察对象为惠安县医院收治的260例四肢骨折手术患者,病例选取时间为2021年1月至2022年12月,根据不同的收治时间将观察对象分为两组,2021年1月至2021年12月收治的患者为对照组,130例,实施常规围手术期护理;2022年1月至2022年12月收治的患者为观察组,130例,采用围手术期疼痛护理联合协同激励护理。对比两组护理前后的疼痛程度、不良情绪、睡眠质量及并发症发生率。结果 护理后,在视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)的比较方面,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。在广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)评分和健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)评分的比较方面,观察组均低于对照组(P <0.05)。在匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及总分的比较上,观察组均低于对照组(P <0.05)。在并发症发生率的比较方面,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 四肢骨折手术患者实施围手术期疼痛护理联合协同激励护理的效果显著,不仅可以有效缓解其术后疼痛程度,减轻其负面情绪,还可以提高其睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of perioperative pain nursing combined with collaborative incentive nursing on pain degree and adverse mood in patients undergoing surgery for limb fracture.Methods The observation objects in this paper were 260 patients with limbs fracture surgery admitted to Huian County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and the observation subjects were divided into two groups according to different admission times.Patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in the control group,with 130 patients receiving routine perioperative care.Patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were in the observation group,130 cases,and perioperative pain care combined with collaborative incentive care was adopted.The pain degree,bad mood,sleep quality and complication rate before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the comparison of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).When comparing Generalized Anxiety Disorders-7(GAD-7) scores with Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) scores,observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of perioperative pain nursing combined with collaborative incentive nursing is significant in patients with limb fracture surgery,which can not only effectively relieve the degree of postoperative pain,reduce their negative emotions,but also improve their sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of complications.
