自我效能护理对功能失调性子宫出血患者自我效能及用药依从性影响

摘　　要：目的 分析自我效能护理对功能失调性子宫出血患者自我效能及用药依从性的影响。方法 选取500例功能失调性子宫出血患者,均为我院2022年6月至2023年6月所收治,通过随机数字表法对全部患者进行分组,其中采用常规护理的250例患者纳入到对照组,采用自我效能护理的250例患者纳入到研究组,对两组的护理干预效果进行比较观察。结果 相比于对照组,研究组护理后做出有关自身健康的决策、具备缓解疾病造成压力的技能、对待疾病的态度是积极的、SUPPH量表满分均更高(P <0.05)。研究组护理后的用药依从性达标率、自护能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。与对照组相比较,研究组护理后的积极应对评分更高(P <0.05),而消极应对评分则更低(P <0.05)。结论 为功能失调性子宫出血患者提供自我效能护理,能让其自我效能及用药依从性、自护能力显著提高,对其应对方式及生活质量进行显著改善。Objective To analyze the effect of self-efficacy nursing on self-efficacy and medication compliance of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.Methods Five hundred patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected,all admitted to a certain hospital from June 2022 to June 2023.All patients were divided into groups using a random number table method.Among them,250 patients who received routine care were included in the control group,and 250 patients who received self-efficacy care were included in the study group.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared and observed.Results Compared to the control group,the study group made decisions about their own health after nursing,had skills to alleviate the stress caused by diseases,had a positive attitude towards diseases,and had higher SUPPH scale full scores(P<0.05).The compliance rate,self-care ability score,and quality of life score of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the positive coping score of the study group after nursing was higher(P<0.05),while the negative coping score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing self-efficacy care to dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients can significantly improve their self-efficacy,medication compliance,self-care ability,coping style and quality of life.
