尿液白细胞检验联合细菌定量计数与尿液(细菌+真菌)培养的比较分析

摘　　要：目的 比较尿液白细胞检验联合细菌定量计数与尿液(细菌+真菌)培养的结果。方法 选取在2022年1月至2022年12月来本院就诊且行尿常规检验及尿液(细菌+真菌)培养的1247例患者,分析朗迈全自动尿液分析仪进行尿常规检测及尿液(细菌+真菌)培养检测结果。结果 朗迈全自动尿液分析仪检测的尿白细胞酯酶定性和尿沉渣白细胞计数与尿液(细菌+真菌)培养结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。尿沉渣细菌定量计数与尿液(细菌+真菌)培养结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论 朗迈全自动尿液分析仪对尿路感染的诊断具有一定的临床价值,但尿液(细菌+真菌)培养依然是临床诊断尿路感染的金标准,在进行尿常规检验的同时进行尿(细菌+真菌)培养,以免出现误差。Objective To compare the results of urine leukocyte test combined with quantitative bacterial count and urine(bacteria+fungi culture.Methods A total of 1247 patients who came to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 and underwent routine urine test and urine(bacteria + fungi) culture were selected.Langmai automatic urine analyzer was used for routine urine test and urine(bacteria+fungi) culture,and the test results were analyzed.Results The characterization of leucocyte esterase and the count of leucocyte in urine sediment were compared with the results of urine(bacteria+fungi) culture,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The quantitative count of bacteria in urinary sediment was compared with the results of urine culture(bacteria+fungi),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Langmai automatic urine analyzer has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection,but urine(bacteria+fungi)culture is still the gold standard for clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Urine(bacteria+fungi) culture should be performed at the same time of routine urine test to avoid errors.
