摘 要:目的 研究分析在结构化电子病历的基础上建立慢性肾脏病饮食管理数据库以及其在临床使用中的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年12月我院未实施饮食管理数据库时100例慢性肾脏病患者作为本次试验的对照组,选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院实施饮食管理数据库慢性肾脏病患者100例作为本次试验的观察组,分别观察饮食管理前后患者营养状态、临床效果及并发症发生率并进行对比。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(81.00%),P <0.05。管理前两组营养状态无显著差异(P> 0.05),管理后两组营养状态均得到改善,但观察组改善程度较为显著,P <0.05。观察组并发症发生率(13.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),P <0.05。结论 在慢性肾脏病饮食管理中应用基于结构化电子病历建立数据库具有显著临床疗效。Objective To study and analyze the establishment of a chronic kidney disease dietary management database based on structured electronic medical records and its effectiveness in clinical use.Methods One hundred patients with chronic kidney disease who did not implement dietary management database in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group for this experiment,and 100 patients with chronic kidney disease who implemented dietary management database in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group for this experiment.The nutritional status,clinical efficacy,and incidence of complications of patients before and after dietary management were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%) was higher than that in the control group(81.00%),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in nutritional status between the two groups before management(P>0.05),and both groups nutritional status improved after management,but the observation was more significant,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group(13.00%) was lower than that in the control group(40.00%),P<0.05.Conclusions The application of establishing a database based on structured electronic medical records in dietary management of chronic kidney disease has significant clinical efficacy.
