红外线治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探索红外线治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法 选取来本院接受治疗的70例膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者为研究对象,就诊时间均在2021年1月至2023年3月。按照摸球法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在玻璃酸钠的基础上加用红外线治疗仪治疗,两组治疗均为期10周。观察患者膝关节功能[Lysholm膝关节评分表(LKSS)]改善情况、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、血清因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)]水平以及临床疗效。结果 经治疗后观察组患者LKSS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-1β、MMP-3、TIMP-1水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组临床治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对于膝关节骨性关节炎的患者,红外线治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠的治疗效果优于单纯使用玻璃酸钠的治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of infrared therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the research subjects,and their visits were from January 2021 to March 2023.Divide into a control group(n=35) and an observation group(n=35) according to the ball touching method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone,while the observation group was treated with an infrared therapy device in addition to the medication(sodium hyaluronate).Both groups were treated for 10 weeks.Observing the improvement of knee joint function [Lysholm Knee Score(LKSS)],pain level [Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],serum factors [Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-1] in patients β(IL-1) β],the levels and clinical efficacy of matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1).Results After treatment,the LKSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with knee osteoarthritis,the treatment effect of infrared therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate is better than that of using sodium hyaluronate alone.
