平衡针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫患者的疗效及有效率分析

摘　　要：目的 探究周围性面瘫患者采取平衡针灸和中药熏蒸的效果。方法 选择本院2021年5月至2022年6月收治的周围性面瘫患者44例,依据随机抽签方式分为对照组22例采用西医法,观察组22例采用平衡针灸+中药熏蒸治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组House-Brackmann(H-B)分级量表评分相比无意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组H-B分级量表评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组面部残疾指数社会生活(FDIS)、面部残疾指数躯体(FDIP)评分比较均无意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组FDIS、FDIP评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组多伦多面神经评定系统评分(SFGS)比较无意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组SFGS评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组一年内复发率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 平衡针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,能改善面部神经功能,减轻面部残疾状况,降低一年内复发率。Objective To explore the effect of balancing acupuncture and moxibustion and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 44 patients with peripheral facial palsy treated in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(22 cases) by Western medicine method and observation group(22 cases) by balanced acupuncture and moxibustion + Chinese medicine fumigation treatment according to random drawing method.The treatment of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the House Brackmann(H-B) grading scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the H-B grading scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the facial disability index social life(FDIS) and facial disability index physical(FDIP) scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher FDIS and FDIP scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SFGS scores between the two groups before treatment.(P>0.05).After treatment,the SFGS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Balanced acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a significant effect on peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve facial nerve function,alleviate facial disability,and reduce the recurrence rate within one year.
