基于知信行的精细化护理模式对日间手术模式下宫腔粘连患者围手术期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于知信行的精细化护理模式应用于日间手术模式下宫腔粘连患者中围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年7月我院120例宫腔镜日间手术宫腔粘连患者,进行回顾性分析,按护理方法不同分为精细化组(n=60)、常规组(n=60),常规组行常规护理,精细化组在此基础上行基于知信行的精细化护理模式。比较两组并发症发生率、疼痛程度、负性情绪和生活质量。结果 精细化组并发症发生率虽低于常规组,但两组比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05),这与本文选取病例较少有关。干预后精细化组VAS评分、GAD-7评分低于常规组,GQOLI-74评分高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 对日间手术模式下宫腔粘连患者实施基于知信行的精细化护理模式,可减轻疼痛程度、改善负性情绪、提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of applying the refined nursing mode based on knowledge and practice in the perioperative period of patients with intrauterine adhesions under the daytime operation mode.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients with intrauterine adhesions who underwent hysteroscopy day surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022.The patients were divided into a refined group(n=60) and a conventional group(n=60) according to different nursing methods.The conventional group received routine nursing care,while the refined group received refined nursing care based on knowledge,attitude,and practice on top of routine nursing care.The incidence of complications,pain severity,negative emotions,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Although the incidence of complications in the refined group was lower than that in the conventional group,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),which was related to the small number of selected cases in this paper.After intervention,VAS score and GAD-7 score of refined group were lower than those of conventional group,and GQOLI-74 score was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The fine nursing mode based on knowledge and practice can reduce pain,improve negative emotion and improve quality of life for patients with intrauterine adhesions under daytime surgery.
