精准护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者孕期运动中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察精准护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者孕期运动中的应用效果。方法 资料来源于福建省福州市永泰县樟城社区卫生服务中心2021年6月至2023年12月收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者,将患者按照随机数字表法分组,分别设置为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。给予对照组一般护理干预,给予研究组精准护理干预,比较两组血糖指标、孕期体力活动时间、运动效能与并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,两组患者血糖指标均较干预前得到改善,但研究组的改善效果更明显(P <0.05)。研究组干预后的工作时间少于对照组,家务活动时间、运动锻炼时间、外出时间及体力活动总时间多于对照组,在克服情绪障碍、运动障碍及支持障碍等运动效能评分方面相比对照组明显提高(P <0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为23.33%,对照组为13.33%,组间比较结果为P> 0.05。结论 妊娠糖尿病患者孕期运动中应用精准护理干预可增加孕期体力活动时间,有效降低血糖。Objective To observe the application effect of precise nursing intervention in the exercise of gestational diabetes.Methods Select 60 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Zhangcheng Community Health Service Center of Yongtai County from June 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group by digital table method.The control group(30 patients) was given general nursing intervention,and the study group(30 patients) was given precision nursing intervention.Compare two groups of glycemic index,physical activity during pregnancy time,movement efficiency,and complications.Results After intervention,the blood glucose indicators of the two groups were significantly improved,but the improvement effect of the study group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the working hours in the study group was less than those in the control group,while the housework time,exercise time,going out time and total physical activity time were more than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the scores of exercise efficiency in overcoming emotional disorders,exercise disorders and support disorders in the study group were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 23.33%,and that of the control group was 13.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of precise nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes can increase the time of physical activity during pregnancy,effectively reduce blood sugar.
