摘　　要：2024年,又是一个新的"奥运周期".再过一天,2024巴黎残奥会就要开幕,中国残奥284名运动员于8月21日启程赴巴黎,其中有6名青岛运动员、2名教练员、2名工作人员出征参加巴黎残奥会.此时此刻,我心潮澎湃、感慨万千.20年间,我曾与残奥会的两段不解之缘情怀历历在目.In 2024,we enter a new“Olympic cycle.”In just one day,the 2024 Paris Paralympics will commence,with 284 Chinese Paralympic athletes departing for Paris on August 21.Among them are six athletes from Qingdao,along with two coaches and two staff members.At this moment,I am filled with excitement and reflection.Over the past 20 years,I have cherished two profound connections with the Paralympics that remain vivid in my memory.
