摘  要:针对提升区域自治能力与应对不确定性因素的迫切需求,提出一种面向区域自治的分布式光储分区鲁棒控制方法。首先,利用Kullback-Leibler散度刻画区域不确定性,提出考虑区域自治的分布鲁棒优化方法;其次,以系统运行经济性最优为目标,联合区域可调资源,构建考虑区域自治的分布式光储配电网优化模型;最后,基于分布式光储分区解耦机制对区域进行划分,并采用一致性交替方向乘子法对各分区子优化模型并行求解。仿真分析表明,所提方法可在实现区域自治的同时,有效提高主动配电网整体运行效能与灵活性。To address the urgent need for enhancing regional autonomy and coping with uncertainty factors,the paper proposes a robust control method for distributed photovoltaic-storage zoning oriented to the regional autonomy.Firstly,regional uncertainty is characterized using Kullback-Leibler divergence,and a robust optimization method considering the regional autonomy is introduced.Then with the objective of optimizing the system operation economy,adjustable regional resources are combined to establish an optimization model for the distributed photovoltaic-storage distribution network considering the regional autonomy.Finally,the distribution network is divided based on a decoupling mechanism for the distributed photovoltaic-storage zoning,and the sub-optimization model for each partition is solved in parallel using the consistency alternating direction multiplier method.The simulation analysis shows that this method can effectively enhance the overall operational efficiency and flexibility of the active distribution network while achieving the regional autonomy.
