摘  要:针对小电流接地系统高阻接地故障启动灵敏度低的问题,提出一种基于零序电压、电流时域波形积分的启动方法。对消弧线圈接地系统和中心点不接地系统不同接地形式的电气量积分特性进行了性能分析,并提出启动阈值的整定方法;利用数字仿真和实测波形对提出的启动方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法不受正常运行时中性点位移电压的影响,能够有效识别不同接地运行方式的高阻单相接地故障,具有很高的灵敏度。Targeting the problem of low starting sensitivity of high resistance grounding fault detection in small current grounding systems,the paper proposes a startup method based on the time-domain waveform integration of zero sequence voltage and current.The electrical quantity integration characteristics of different grounding modes for an arc suppression coil grounding system and an isolated neutral system are analyzed,and the setting method of start threshold is put forward.Finally,the proposed startup method is verified by digital simulation and measured waveform.The results show that the method is not affected by neutral point displacement voltage during normal operation,can effectively recognize the high resistance grounding fault under the different grounding modes,and has high sensitivity.
