摘 要:随着变电站规模不断扩大,变电站内设备负荷增加、设备老化速度加剧以及安全监管难度复杂化等问题将会导致站内火灾事故的概率增大。为避免火灾事故所导致的人员伤亡和财产损失,针对变电站火灾防控技术进行研究至关重要。首先对电气火灾发生的原因和防护措施进行分析,再按照火灾检测技术手段将当前变电站火灾检测技术归纳为基于传感器火灾检测技术、基于视频图像火灾检测技术和基于多传感器数据融合火灾检测技术。通过对该3种火灾检测技术进行全方位的对比,指出当前变电站火灾检测中存在监测系统漏报或误报率高、温度检测实时性差、火灾位置定位不准确等问题。最后对建设智能化变电站消防监控系统进行总结与展望。With the continuous expansion of the scale of the substation,the increase of equipment load in the substation and equipment aging speed and the complexity of safety supervision will lead to the increase of the probability of fire accidents in the substation.In order to avoid casualties and property losses caused by the fire accidents,it is very important to study the substation fire prevention and control technology.Firstly,the causes and protective measures of electrical fires are analyzed.Then,according to the fire detection technology,the current substation fire detection technology is summarized as sensor-based fire detection technology,video image-based fire detection technology and multi-sensor data fusion-based fire detection technology.Through a comprehensive comparison of these three fire detection technologies,it is pointed out that there are some problems in the current substation fire detection,such as high false alarm rate of monitoring system,the poor real-time performance of temperature detection and the inaccurate location of fire location.Finally,the construction of intelligent substation fire monitoring system is summarized and prospected.
