摘 要:为探究相对湿度对薄膜质子交换膜燃料电池性能的影响,建立了阴阳极流场流道相互垂直形式的薄膜燃料电池三维稳态模型进行模拟研究,同时以相同结构的电堆进行实验验证。结果表明:对于12μm薄膜质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC),在一定背压(100~250 kPa)与温度范围(70~90℃)内,以及阴极相对湿度为0/100%、阳极相对湿度为0运行时,I-V曲线上存在加湿后性能提升、不变及下降三个区间;加湿后性能提升与不变区间随温度升高而减小,随压力增大而增大;加湿后性能下降区间随温度升高而增大,随压力增大而减小。在80℃、150 kPa条件下,电池在低于1200 mA/cm^(2)运行,加湿后性能略有提升,在1200~1400 mA/cm^(2)加湿后性能没有变化,在高于1400 mA/cm^(2)加湿后性能下降。说明该结构的电池可以实现无加湿运行。To investigate the effect of the relative humidity on the performance of thin film proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs),a three-dimensional steady-state model of thin film PEMFCs with the vertical flow channels between the cathode and anode was established.Besides,the experimental verification was carried out with the same structure of the model.The results show that for a 12μm thin film PEMFC,there are three intervals on the I-V curves,corresponding to the improved,unchanged and degraded performance with humidification,under the conditions of back pressure range(100-250 kPa)and temperature range(70-90℃),as well as RHc=0/100%and RHa=0.The enhancement and unchanging region range of the performance with humidification decrease with the increase of temperature and increase with higher pressure;while the degradation region range of the performance with humidification is the opposite.At 80℃and 150 kPa,the PEMFCs operate below 1200 mA/cm^(2) with a slight increase in the performance with humidification,there is no change in the performance with humidification at 1200-1400 mA/cm^(2),and the performance with humidification above 1400 mA/cm^(2) degrades.It shows that the PEMFC with the structure can operate without humidification.
