摘  要:随着新能源行业的蓬勃发展,对锂离子电池安全性能的要求越来越严苛。因此,研究隔膜在长周期循环和高温搁置过程中物化性能变化的需求越来越急迫,探究了在长周期循环和高温搁置条件下的隔膜物化性能及力学性能。结果表明,长周期测试对涂敷隔膜的基膜并没有造成影响,隔膜的拉伸强度、穿刺强度、断裂伸长率、闭孔温度和熔断温度并没有发生明显衰减,但是对隔膜的涂层造成了一定程度的影响,隔膜的透气性能和热稳定性能在长周期循环和高温搁置测试中都明显衰减。With the vigorous development of the new energy industry,the requirements for the safety performance of lithium-ion batteries have become increasingly stringent.Therefore,it is increasingly urgent to study the physicochemical properties of the separators during long-term cycling and high temperature storage processes.The physicochemical and mechanical properties of the separators were investigated under long-term cycling and high temperature storage conditions.The results show that the long-term testing does not affect the base film of the coated separator,and there is no significant degradation in the tensile strength,puncture strength,elongation rate,obturator temperature,and fusing temperature of the separator.But it causes a certain degree of change in the coating of the separator,with a significant reduction in the air permeability and thermal stability performance during long-term cycling and high temperature storage test.
