摘  要:研究了不同粘结剂对涂碳铝箔导电性能和粘结性能的影响。实验结果表明,粘结剂BS07(乳化剂含量6%)和CN07(乳化剂含量5%)的溶胀效果较好,其中粘结剂CN07的pH值更高,较好地改善了浆料稳定性。此外,粘结剂BP07(乳化剂含量8%)和CN07制作的涂碳铝箔剥离强度较好,更有利于磷酸铁锂涂层的吸附。而粘结剂CE07(乳化剂含量3%)配制的浆料稳定性较差。使用粘结剂CN07制作的涂碳铝箔面电阻更低,有利于降低电池极片的内阻。耐溶剂测试表明,各涂碳铝箔的耐电解液擦拭、耐电解液浸泡性能以及耐N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)擦拭性能良好。外观测试表明,使用CN07粘结剂的涂碳铝箔涂层较均匀、细腻。粘结剂含量过高可能导致材料结构变得紧密,影响活性材料的利用率,增大电极电阻,从而影响电池的导电性能。但粘结剂含量过低可能会导致电极结构松散,影响电池的稳定性和寿命,同时可能导致电极脱落或损坏。CN07制备的电池容量最高且稳定。综上所述,使用粘结剂CN07的涂碳铝箔综合性能最佳,较好地改善了涂碳铝箔的导电性能和涂层的粘结性能。The effect of different binders on the conductivity and bonding properties of the carbon coated aluminum foil was investigated.The results show that the swelling effect of the binders BS07 with 6%emulsifier and CN07 with 5%emulsifier are better,and the pH of the binder CN07 is higher,which has a better improvement in the slurry stability.The carbon coated aluminum foils with the binder BP07(8%emulsifier)and CN07 have better peel strength,which is more conducive to the adsorption of the lithium iron phosphate coating.The slurry prepared with the binder CE07(3%emulsifier)has poor stability.The surface resistance of the carbon coated aluminum foil with CN07 is lower,which is beneficial for reducing the internal resistance of battery electrodes.The solvent resistance test shows that each carbon coated aluminum foil exhibits good resistance to electrolyte wiping,electrolyte immersion,and NMP wiping.The appearance test shows that the carbon coated aluminum foil with CN07 has a relatively uniform and delicate coating.However,excessive binder content leads to tighter material structure,affecting the utilization rate of active materials,increasing the electrode resistance,and affecting the conductivity of batteries.But too low binder content leads to the loosen electrode structure,affecting the stability and life of the battery,and causing the electrode falling off or damaging.The battery prepared with CN07 has the most stable and highest capacity.In summary,the carbon coated aluminum foil with CN07 has the best comprehensive performance with the best improvement in the conductivity and the coating adhesion.
