摘 要:基于我国能源短缺现状,在天然气锅炉的实际应用方面,需着重研究如何提升锅炉燃烧效率。而富氧燃烧是提高天然气锅炉燃烧效率的实现途径之一,其通过增强燃料燃烧达到提升火焰温度来提高能源利用率的目的。本文基于Fluent软件针对于北京某10 t燃气热水锅炉进行富氧燃烧模拟,着重研究了富氧燃烧状态下锅炉燃烧室内的温度分布、NO_(x)分布、锅炉NO_(x)排放量及其他燃烧特性,为后续的锅炉改造提供理论支持。Based on the current situation of energy shortage in China,in the practical application of natural gas boilers,it’s necessary to focus on how to improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler.Oxygen-enriched combustion is one of the ways to improve the combustion efficiency of natural gas boilers,which enhances fuel combustion to achieve the purpose of improving the flame temperature and energy utilization.This paper is based on Fluent software for a 10 t gas hot water boiler in Beijing,oxygen-enriched combustion simulation,focusing on the study of oxygen-enriched combustion state of the boiler combustion chamber temperature distribution,NO_(x) distribution and NO_(x)emissions and other combustion characteristics of the boiler,for the subsequent boiler renovation to provide theoretical support.
