海军青少年航空学校招生体检脊柱疾病分析

摘　　要：目的分析海军青少年航空学校招生体检中脊柱疾病发生情况,为提高体检准确率提供依据。方法依据《海军青少年航空学校学生体格检查标准(试行)》,以2023年5省参加海军青少年航空学校招生体检的2080名初中毕业生为研究对象,均为男性,年龄14~16岁。对其中因脊柱疾病被淘汰的118名学生进行统计学分析,并对5省情况进行比较。结果118名学生因脊柱疾病被淘汰,前2位分别为脊柱侧弯、移行椎伴有假关节,共110名,占93.22%。广东省移行椎伴有假关节20名,与山东省比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各省脊柱侧弯、骶椎隐裂、颈椎畸形比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。37名学生外科查体发现脊柱侧弯,X线检查脊柱结构无改变,矫正站姿后Cobb’s角减小(P<0.01),为姿势性侧弯,符合体检标准。结论由于脊柱疾病的复杂性,在海军青少年航空学校招生体检中,应重视脊柱疾病的影像学检查与诊断,提高招生体检的准确率。Objective To analyze the incidence of spinal diseases in enrollment physical examination for the Naval Teenagers Aviation School and provide evidence for improving the accuracy of physical examination.Methods A total of 2080 male junior high school graduates(aged 14-16 years)from five provinces who participated in Naval Teenagers Aviation School enrollment physical examination in 2023 were enrolled in this study.According to the physical examination standards for the students of the Naval Teenagers Aviation School,118 students were eliminated due to spinal diseases,and the situation in the five provinces was compared.Results The top 2 diseases in the 118 students were scoliosis and transitional vertebra with pseudoarthrosis(93.22%,110/118).Twenty students suffered from transitional vertebra with pseudoarthrosis in Guangdong Province,which was significantly different from Shandong province(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the incidences of scoliosis,hemirachischisis or cervical deformity among the five provinces(all P>0.05).Scoliosis was found in 37 students,but the spinal structure did not change in X-ray examination.They were diagnosed with a postural scoliosis and met the physical examination standard,and Cobb’s angle was reduced significantly after correcting the standing posture(P<0.01).Conclusion In the enrollment physical examination for the Naval Teenagers Aviation School,it is of great significance to attach importance to the imaging examination for diagnosis of spinal diseases,so as to improve the accuracy of physical examination.
