摘　　要：目的探讨针刺运动疗法联合中药涂擦、低周波治疗在脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复中的效果。方法前瞻性选择2019年5月至2022年3月武进中医医院收治的86例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。对照组采用中药涂擦联合低周波治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合针刺运动疗法治疗。2组均治疗4周。对比2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分以及步行能力。结果治疗后,2组患者NIHSS评分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FMA评分、MBI评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组步行能力等级分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺运动疗法联合中药涂擦、低周波治疗可改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力以及步行能力。Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of acupuncture and motion therapy combined with Chinese medicine rubbing and low frequency wave in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods From May 2019 to March 2022,86 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were prospectively selected and divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine rubbing and low frequency wave,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and motion therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatments continued for 4 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)score,Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score and walking ability were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score was decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The FMA score and MBI score were increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the grade distribution of walking ability after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and motion therapy combined with Chinese medicine rubbing and low frequency wave therapy can improve the nerve function,motor function,daily living ability and walking ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
