摘 要:针对车用304不锈钢平衡环精锻成形过程中表面裂纹问题,采用实验和有限元相结合的方法对产品精锻成形过程和结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,产品断面无过烧和明显氧化现象,且产品表面裂纹开口较小,圆角裂纹开口较大,最大裂纹深度1.52 mm。在不改变产品和模具结构的前提下,通过有限元分析得到产品表面温差、坯料与模具接触部分的结构以及金属流动方向对裂纹形成的影响。结果表明,随着制坯厚度的减小,产品表面温差逐渐减小,坯料与模具接触部分结构逐渐平缓,金属流动方向逐渐稳定。当制坯厚度为15 mm时,产品成形时表面温度差浮动较小,最大温差为10℃,产品的成形精度较好,且无裂纹缺陷。Aiming at the problem of surface crack of 304 stainless steel balance rings for automobiles during precision forging process,the comparative analysis of the process and results of precision forging of the product was carried out by combining experiments and finite element method.The results show that there is no overburning and obvious oxidation in the section of the product,and the surface crack opening of the product is small,the fillet crack opening is large,and the maximum crack depth is 1.52 mm.On the premise of not changing the product and mold structures,the influence of surface temperature difference of product,structure of the contact part between blank and mold and metal flow direction on crack formation was obtained by finite element analysis.The results show that with the decrease of the blank thickness,the surface temperature difference of product gradually decreases,the structure of the contact part between blank and mold is gradually smooth,and the metal flow direction gradually stabilizes.When the blank thickness is 15 mm,the surface temperature difference fluctuates is less and the maximum temperature difference is 10℃,the forming accuracy of the product is good,and there is no crack defect.
