摘  要:以不同粘度、不同比例的乙烯基苯基硅树脂与苯基含氢硅树脂作为基体,通过调整配方成分得到4种有机硅绝缘胶的配方,并对不同配方下制得的有机硅绝缘胶进行了太阳电池翘曲高度、铅笔硬度、划格法附着力等物理性能测试,以及湿热试验(DH1000)、热循环试验(TC200)、湿冻试验(HF10)等老化试验测试。测试结果显示:以10 phr的5000 cs乙烯基苯基硅树脂、30 phr的10000 cs乙烯基苯基硅树脂及60 phr的16000 cs苯基含氢硅树脂为基体时制得的有机硅绝缘胶具备高铅笔硬度(9H)、高附着力(划格法附着力等级为0级)、高体积电阻率(10^(16)Ω·cm级)和耐老化性能,与环氧树脂绝缘胶的物理性能相当;且其老化测试后的划格法附着力等级变化不大;其具备比环氧树脂绝缘胶更高的分解温度,太阳电池翘曲高度更低,有助于提高光伏组件制程过程中的良率。This paper uses vinyl phenyl silicone resin and phenyl hydrogen containing silicone resin with different viscosities and ratios as the matrix.By adjusting the formulation components,four formulations of silicone insulation adhesive are obtained.The physical properties test of the silicone insulation adhesive produced from different formulations,such as solar cell warpage height,pencil hardness,scratch method adhesion,as well as aging tests such as damp heat test(DH1000),thermal cycle test(TC200),and wet freezing test(HF10),are tested.The test results show that the silicone insulation adhesive prepared with 5000 cs of 10 phr vinyl phenyl silicone resin,10000 cs of 30 phr vinyl phenyl silicone resin,and 16000 cs of 60 phr phenyl hydrogen containing silicone resin as the matrix has high pencil hardness(9H),high adhesion(scratch method adhesion level is 0),high volume resistivity(10^(16)Ω•cm level),and aging resistance,which are equivalent to the physical properties of epoxy resin.And there is little change in the scratch method adhesion level after its aging test,it has a higher decomposition temperature and lower solar cell warpage height than epoxy resin insulation adhesive,which helps to improve the yield in the PV module manufacturing process.
