摘 要:海洋漂浮式光伏发电作为漂浮式光伏发电新的发展方向,对全球可再生能源发展具有推动作用,引起了全球众多研究者的关注。目前,海洋漂浮式光伏发电仍处于发展阶段,存在发电成本高、输出功率不稳定等问题,难以实现大规模发展,因此,其仅占据新能源发电市场很小份额。从多源共生、产业联动、部件功能优化3个方面出发,对降低海洋漂浮式光伏发电系统发电成本的方式进行了分析,并对其未来发展进行了展望。由于目前海洋漂浮式光伏发电系统尚缺乏统一的标准和规范,中国政府应加强相关政策的制定和产业规划布局,通过协调企业间合作,推进市场培养,打造完整产业链,构建良性市场竞争环境。同时,相关研发机构也应加快推进海洋漂浮式光伏发电技术的研究,解决当前存在的发电成本高、能量损耗严重、电能供应不稳定等问题,推动海洋漂浮式光伏发电向大规模、大输出功率的方向发展。Ocean floating PV power generation,as a new development direction of floating PV power generation,has a driving effect on the global development of renewable energy and has attracted the attention of many researchers worldwide.At present,ocean floating PV power generation is still in the development stage,with problems such as high power generation costs and unstable output power,making it difficult to achieve large-scale development.Therefore,it only occupies a small share of the new energy power generation market.This paper analyzes the ways to reduce the power generation cost of ocean floating PV power generation systems from three aspects:multi-source symbiosis,industrial linkage,and component function optimization,and looks forward to its future development.Due to the lack of unified standards and specifications for ocean floating PV power generation systems,the Chinese government should strengthen the formulation of relevant policies and industrial planning layout,promote market cultivation through coordinated cooperation between enterprises,create a complete industrial chain,and build a healthy market competition environment.At the same time,relevant research and development institutions should accelerate the research on ocean floating PV power generation technology,solve existing problems such as high power generation costs,serious energy loss,and unstable power supply,and promote the development of ocean floating PV power generation towards large-scale and high output power.
