摘 要:结合混凝土屋面分布式光伏发电系统的工程实例,从增设光伏发电系统后既有建筑的承载力复核,光伏组件的压块设计,光伏支架的檩条、斜梁、立柱及基础的设计,电气设备支架及其基础设计,电缆桥架及其基础设计几个方面,对混凝土屋面分布式光伏发电系统结构设计的具体内容及设计过程中需要注意的细节问题进行了讨论分析。研究结果表明:混凝土屋面分布式光伏发电系统的结构设计方案并非仅局限于结构的本体设计,还需要综合考虑与其相关的周边事物(例如:屋面新增荷载计算、光伏组件安装倾角设计、屋面的防水处理、检修通道设计、安全护栏设计、楼板开洞设计)及周边环境的影响,从而选择最优的混凝土屋面光伏发电系统整体设计方案,以保证整体设计的安全性及合理性。This paper combines an engineering example of a distributed PV power generation system on a concrete roof,and discusses and analyzes the specific content of the structural design of the concrete roof distributed PV power generation system,as well as the details that need to be paid attention to in the design process,from the aspects of reviewing the bearing capacity of existing buildings after adding the PV power generation system,designing of pressure blocks for PV modules,and designing of purlins,inclined beams,columns,and foundations of PV bracket,the support and foundation design for electrical equipment,and the design of cable trays and foundations.The research results show that the structural design scheme of the concrete roof distributed PV power generation system is not limited to the design of the structure itself,but also needs to comprehensively consider the impact of surrounding factors(such as the calculation of new loads on the roof,the design of installation inclination angle of PV modules,the waterproof treatment of the roof,the design of maintenance channels,the design of safety guardrails,and the design of floor openings)and the surrounding environment,in order to select the optimal overall design scheme of the concrete roof PV power generation system to ensure the safety and rationality of the overall design.
