摘　　要：温州某工程位于软土地区,周边环境复杂,基坑北侧距离已建高层住宅仅25m,南侧、东侧地下管线众多,燃气管线离基坑最近处约5.5m。基坑围护采用三轴水泥搅拌桩加固技术+钻孔灌注桩+TRD工法止水帷幕,水平支撑采用1道混凝土支撑+两道型钢组合支撑,采用该综合施工技术基坑安全顺利实施,取得了较好的经济及社会效益。A project in Wenzhou is located in soft soil area with complex surrounding environment.The north side of the foundation excavation is only 25m away from the built high⁃rise residential building.There are many underground pipelines on the south and east sides,and the gas pipeline is about 55m away from the nearest place of the foundation excavation.The foundation excavation enclosure adopts triaxial cement mixing pile reinforcement technology+bored pile+TRD construction method waterproof curtain,and the horizontal support adopts one concrete support+two steel composite supports.The comprehensive construction technology is adopted.The foundation excavation is safely and smoothly implemented,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
