摘 要:叶巴滩水电站位于高寒地区,因冬季极端温度低,混凝土仓面施工时需采取封闭保温措施。但混凝土采取吊罐入仓又需仓面无遮挡,难以同时解决保温问题和吊罐下料问题,因此,确定一套合适的施工方案并验证其可行性尤为重要。通过层次分析法,确定气肋膜暖棚施工方案为混凝土仓面施工保温方案;采用有限元分析法,验证该方案开入仓天窗在保温和下料方面的可行性,并确定耗电量相对较少的工况。结果表明:推荐使用气肋膜暖棚施工方案作为叶巴滩水电站的混凝土仓面施工方案;永久敞开式施工窗口的气肋膜暖棚施工方案可以满足叶巴滩水电站的温度要求,能在环境温度为-20℃的情况下,使暖棚内部混凝土施工区域温度保持在5℃以上;棚内均匀布置10台热风机,送风量设定为800m^(3)/h、温度设定为30℃,提前打开50min并持续运行6h,总耗电量相对最少,每次约为818.4kW·h。Yebatan Hydropower Station is located in the alpine region.Due to the low extreme temperature in winter,closed thermal insulation measures should be taken in the construction of concrete silo surface.However,it is difficult to solve the problem of heat preservation and unloading of hanging tank at the same time because the concrete needs to be placed in the warehouse without covering the warehouse surface.Therefore,it is particularly important to determine a suitable construction scheme and verify its feasibility.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the construction scheme of air⁃ribbed membrane greenhouse is determined as the thermal insulation scheme of concrete warehouse surface construction.The finite element analysis method was used to verify the feasibility of the scheme in terms of heat preservation and unloading,and to determine the working conditions with relatively low power consumption.The results show that it is recommended to use the construction plan of the inflated membrane structure as the concrete construction plan of the Yebatan Hydropower Station.A permanently supply opening on top of the inflated membrane structure can meet the temperature of the concrete construction area inside the inflated membrane structure above 5℃under an ambient temperature of-20℃.10 hot air fans are evenly arranged in the inflated membrane structure.The air supply volume was set to 800m^(3)/h,the temperature was set to 30℃,and it was opened 50 minutes in advance and continued to operate for 6 hours.The total power consumption was relatively small,about 8184kW·h each time.
