摘 要:为了提高露天大型煤矿的开采效率和安全性,同时降低环境影响,设计了1套智能控制开采系统。系统采用智能控制技术,对露天煤矿的开采设备、作业流程和环境监测进行了综合研究和优化;通过实时数据收集与分析,实现了对开采设备的精确控制和作业过程的智能调度,以及对环境影响的动态评估和管理。智能控制系统显著提高了露天煤矿的开采效率,减少了设备故障率和安全事故发生率;同时,通过对开采活动的环境影响进行实时监控和管理,有效降低了对周边环境的负面影响。In order to improve the mining efficiency and safety of large open-pit coal mines and reduce the environmental impact,the article designs an intelligent control mining system,The intelligent control mining system adopts intelligent control technology to comprehensively study and optimize the mining equipment,operation process and environmental monitoring of the open-pit coal mine;through real-time data collection and analysis,we realize the accurate control of mining equipment and intelligent scheduling of operation process,as well as dynamic assessment and management of environmental impact.The intelligent control system significantly improves the mining efficiency of the open-pit coal mine,and reduces the equipment failure rate and safety accident rate.At the same time,through the real-time monitoring and management of the environmental impact of mining activities,the negative impact on the surrounding environment is effectively reduced.
