摘　　要：为解决露天矿山生产环节多、关联性强、设备类型多、机械化水平高,建设一体化智能化体系困难等问题;基于露天矿山安全高效绿色生产流程,通过系统化、信息化数据处理手段,在矿山生产设备、开采工艺、国家及当地各项规范标准的约束条件下,建立了露天矿山智能化生产平台。该平台能实现矿山企业对生产过程中地质环境、煤炭资源、作业情况、设备状态、安全状况的实时掌握、溯源分析及把控优化,继而达到矿山生产数字化、智能化管控的目标。In order to solve the problems of many production links,strong correlation,many types of equipment,high mechanization level and difficulty in building an integrated intelligent system in open-pit mines,based on the safe and efficient green production process of open-pit mines,the intelligent production platform of open-pit mines is established by means of systematic and information data processing under the constraints of mine production equipment,mining technology,national and local norms and standards.The platform can realize the real-time grasp,traceability analysis and control optimization of geological environment,coal resources,operation situation,equipment status and safety situation in the production process of mining enterprises,and then achieve the goal of digital and intelligent control of mine production.
